Originally from the Lyon area of France, Félicien Christe began his career in pastry at the age of 17, driven by an absolute passion for flavour and culinary creation. After training at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chamonix, he travelled to Australia to perfect his English before joining the iconic London institution The Savoy.
In 2015, he took the helm of the kitchens at the 5-star Guarda Golf Hotel & Residences in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, where his restaurant FIVE was awarded 14 points by Gault & Millau 2022. A master of creative, uncompromising cuisine, Félicien tailors every experience to the occasion.
